In the middle of the summer June 12th to be exact, our A/C just completely stopped running. I knew this company and reached out for help, they sent a wonderfully quick tech to assess and fix the problem. It was our motor and he had one with him and it was back-up and running with-in 35-40 minutes of his arrival. The temps outside were so hot that this was the best relief we have ever had. In this day and age where people seem to always take the time to write, and/or voice negative reviews, I want to take the time to write a positive review about this company. With the first preventative maintenance performed on our unit, we were very satisfied with the maintenance technician. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. Also, I want to compliment the ownership of the company. There is a reason this company has been in business for over 65 years. The ownership is willing to work with customers to resolve any issues; there was one with our initial biannual service contract, which was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Kudos to Kramer’s Air Conditioning. Excellent, affordable service! I would recommend Kramer’s Air Conditioning, LLC. This company will always be my first call for any & all of my HVAC needs.
