In this day and age where people seem to always take the time to write, and/or voice negative reviews, I want to take the time to write a positive review about this company. With the first preventative maintenance performed on our unit, we were very satisfied with the maintenance technician. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. Also, I want to compliment the ownership of the company. There is a reason this company has been in business for over 65 years. The ownership is willing to work with customers to resolve any issues; there was one with our initial biannual service contract, which was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Kudos to Kramer’s Air Conditioning. Excellent, affordable service! I would recommend Kramer’s Air Conditioning, LLC. This company will always be my first call for any & all of my HVAC needs.
