This was my home unit Christian found what the problem was & didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and now my air conditioner is running like new. Highly recommend.

In the middle of the summer June 12th to be exact, our A/C just completely stopped running. I knew this company and reached out for help, they sent a wonderfully quick tech to assess and fix the problem. It was our motor and he had one with him and it was back-up and running with-in 35-40 minutes of his arrival. The temps outside were so hot that this was the best relief we have ever had. In this day and age where people seem to always take the time to write, and/or voice negative reviews, I want to take the time to write a positive review about this company. With the first preventative maintenance performed on our unit, we were very satisfied with the maintenance technician. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. Also, I want to compliment the ownership of the company. There is a reason this company has been in business for over 65 years. The ownership is willing to work with customers to resolve any issues; there was one with our initial biannual service contract, which was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Kudos to Kramer's Air Conditioning. Excellent, affordable service! I would recommend Kramer's Air Conditioning, LLC. This company will always be my first call for any & all of my HVAC needs. Did amazing job putting in our new AC. He came out and did exactly what he said he was going to do. His office even submitted my warranty info for me.

A wonderful family-owned business. Deron (owner) is terrific and explains repairs carefully with understandable detail. Yesterday, I had a problem with my heat pump, (no heat), they sent a technician (Dale) out within an hour! He expertly diagnosed the problem and made the most economical repairs. You can trust him; he has integrity. I highly recommend them!

Kramer’s A/C is the only Company you should be using. I was given some bad info from another professional and accused Kramer’s Air Conditioning of doing some wiring wrong. I was totally in the wrong. I was a little heated when I talked to them, and they were very professional and stayed calm and explained what and why they did what they did so that I understood. Even though I was a total ass, they still bent over backward to make sure I was taken care of. I have never seen another company take care of their customers the way that Kramer’s Air Conditioning does. My apologies to Kramer’s A/C for the way I acted and thank you for being such a great bunch of professionals. Don't take a chance with anyone else. Kramer's River Valley A/C is the only way to go.

Deron is awesome! The staff were amazing and helpful. Very knowledgeable and operates with integrity. I highly recommend Kramer's for all your ac needs!!

I had great service from beginning to end with River Valley! I replaced my entire AC and Furnace units because they were 21 years old. I got 4 quotes, and they were the lowest but that is not the only reason I chose them. Mr. Kramer was kind, professional, not pushy, and most importantly, genuine. They did a great job in installing the units and cleaned up the mess. To top it all off, the paperwork stated numerous times for the customer to register the units within 60 days to get my 10-year manufacturer warranty. Because I had multiple units to register online, it was a bit confusing. I called River Valley air-conditioning, and they were so helpful and told me that they had registered the units for me, and it was  inside of my packet. I went to look and there it was. I thanked her for doing that for me. I highly recommend getting a quote from this company.
