I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the team at Kramer’s Air Conditioning. They took the time to assess my home’s specific needs and recommended the perfect system to meet them. Their attention to detail and commitment to finding the best solution for my home set my mind at ease from the start. The installation itself was nothing short of exceptional. The technicians arrived promptly and worked diligently to install the new system with minimal disruption to my daily routine. I was also extremely impressed by the professionalism of my complete manual & warranty packet i received from the owner’s; it came complete with everything properly documented & they also went above & beyond and registered my system for an additional parts warranty. I have never experienced customer service quite like this! Needless to say, this company is TOP NOTCH! I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience with Kramer’s Air Conditioning. Thanks to their expertise, integrity, and dedication, I now have a top-of-the-line HVAC system that keeps my home comfortable year-round.
